Working with Auryn
At Auryn Mining Advisory, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that great work starts with a great work environment, one where every team member feels valued, supported, and treated like family.
As a small but growing consultancy, we offer more than just a job: we offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate closely with industry experts, and grow your career in a culture that puts people first. We prioritize safety, wellbeing, and professional development, ensuring that our team thrives both in the field and in the office.
A Day in the Life at Auryn Mining Advisory
You’ll kick off by reviewing mine plans, operational data and safety metrics, setting the direction for the day’s priorities.
You’ll combine technical analysis with problem-solving by preparing reports, modelling mine designs and identifying ways to improve safety and efficiency.
Our head office is based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, where we’re focused on building a collaborative team environment. If you’re unable to relocate, we’ll work with you to find a flexible solution that allows you to contribute effectively from elsewhere.
You’ll collaborate with geologists, project managers and clients, building strong relationships while tackling complex challenges.
Yes! Site visits are a key part of the role. You’ll travel to projects across Australia and internationally, giving you the chance to see your designs in action, collaborate directly with site teams, and validate your recommendations in real-world conditions
You’ll be part of a professional, collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and your expertise directly contributes to project success.
Your work will influence key decisions, improve project outcomes and support the growth of both clients and Auryn Mining Advisory.
